3. Age & eligibility
Betting on Xparibet is open only to individuals who meet all of the following:
- At least 18 years old, or the local age of majority in your country of residence if higher.

Categories that may not place bets

4. Restricted countries

Available bet types
- Single: a bet on a single selection. Return = stake × odds.
- Accumulator: several selections on unrelated events; all of them must win.
- System: several accumulators of the same size on a fixed number of selections (up to 20).
- Chain: sequential singles where the rolling balance of one bet feeds the next.
- Advancebet: a bet placed against potential returns from unsettled bets.
Odds and bet acceptance
Odds, handicaps, totals and maximum stake limits may change after you place your bet — but this does not affect the terms at the moment your bet was placed. A bet is considered accepted once registered on the operator's server and confirmed online. A registered bet cannot be edited or removed.
Bets are only accepted up to the current balance on your account. When a bet is accepted, the stake is debited from your account; once settled, the return is credited back.
6. When a bet can be voided
The operator may declare a bet void (and refund the stake at odds of 1.00) in the following cases:
- Obvious entry errors (illogical odds, mismatched markets, typos in the event list).
- Betting on a known outcome (the event has finished but the result has not been entered yet).
- Suspected match fixing or confirmed unsporting play. The decision is based on findings of an authorised international body, and the operator is not required to share the evidence with customers.
- Use of someone else's account, third-party use of your account, or unusual betting activity (significant deviations in type, size, volume or method).
- Submission of false data or attempts to mislead operator staff.
- If a competitor is withdrawn before the event or fails to take part, and no new SP market is formed.
- A match ending early under a "mercy rule" per the organiser's regulations.
In accumulators and system bets, voided legs are excluded from the settlement calculation; the rest of the bet is settled normally.
If a bet is settled incorrectly (for example, the result was entered wrong), it will be re-settled. Bets placed between the incorrect settlement and the correction remain valid.
7. Account, deposits & withdrawals
- One account per customer. Multiple accounts are prohibited and may lead to balance freezes and bonus cancellations.
- Identity verification (KYC): you may be asked to submit documents proving your identity, age, and address before withdrawals are allowed.
